Pair of wooden dolls

Pair of male and female wooden dolls, with jointed and moveable limbs. Apparently the design of these dolls is based upon traditional fertility dolls made by some Chinese minority groups. Hairstyles and headgear would depend on which group. These dolls would present the hopeful parents and could be taken home from the temple after being consecrated by a shaman. These dolls are new, handmade and have a nice antiquated finish with gold, black, blue and red colors. Price is per pair.
