We ship worldwide!

If your current cart or location content does not meet the free shipping rate, the shipping cost can be calculated at the cart page.

At check out, delivery cost (if any) will automatically be calculated.
If the destination of delivery is located at a hard to reach destination, eg an island, then carriers charge an extra Island surcharge. In this case, we can pass this surcharge to you, the customer, after the order is placed.

After completing your order on Serescollection.com we send you an order confirmation. We will inform you as soon as possible when the package will be sent. As soon as your package is in the hands of our logistical partner (DPD or Bpost), you will receive an email with a "Track & Trace" code, so that you can track your package online.

When will I receive my product?

We’ll do our utmost to handle and deliver your order as quickly as possible. If a product is not in stock anymore, we’ll notify you immediately. Delivery times in Europe are between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. These times are indicative and are respected in 90% of all cases.
