Antique rice container

Chinese food containers come in many, many, many different sizes and forms, but the wooden grain or rice containers have some of the more interesting shapes. Even though the product is antique, the design could be contemporary. This very nice rice carrier or basket has a wooden handle on the same height is the rim. This meant easy storage as multiple baskets could be stacked on top of each other.

These are still in a very good state and quality with the metal corners ensuring a decent preservation.
